Forbidden Love

**This poem is dedicated to a beautiful friend.... may you and your beloved, never let hate take residency in your heart.

(Rough Copy)

I love the way she gives herself away
No reservations, no walls to break
Her love dissipates all the pain
It has brought me back to life
Because of her, I look forward to each day

They label our love a sin
But how can that be?
Love is vast and magickal
Love is pure and it is healing
You can call our love madness
We call it living

Despite the hate around us
We give ourselves without reservations
While you label us improper and shameful
We make love impervious to your fancy
Defying not only your ignorance but your cowardice

We live in a world too blind to see
That our love is not for them to define
It is not of incestuous or monstrous nature
There are no violation of rights
For her and I are the same
And the love we share is pure and divine.

Her breasts brush mine tenderly
My body shivers as we embrace
Eager to taste her honey flow
Experiencing Nirvana through her portal
Making love until every craving is satisfied
Feeling victorious and immortal

If what we do is a sin
Then let me die a sinner
Despite your labels, we do not hate
For your labels mean nothing without our consent

She is living water within this hell
She tames the demons by simply being her
She is an angel, whom I won't hurt
Crucify me if you must,
But her, I will not give up.

I passionately believe one person can make a difference. I write from my own experiences and interests. It is my greatest hope that by writing about my own challenges, victories, hopes and learnings, others may feel inspired to believe more in their inner power and to fully embrace themselves!
